The Grange by the Sea is a beautiful Georgian country house in Shanklin’s Old Village, on the Isle of Wight. Built in the 1830s, it sits close to the long sandy beach, coastal walks, thatched pubs and cafés that have made Shanklin a favourite seaside escape since Victorian times.

Today, The Grange is home to a new programme of creative and wellbeing weekend retreats, created by Skyros Holidays. Guests come here to write, sing, move, make, reflect, rest and reconnect – with inspiring courses, comfortable accommodation, good food and sea air all part of the experience.

The house offers 4-star guest accommodation, peaceful gardens, welcoming shared spaces and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It is a place to step away from everyday life for a few days, meet like-minded people, and return home refreshed.
