The Grange - the first of a new generation of country clubs

Venue

The Grange is an elegant and comfortable early nineteenth century building that nestles in the heart of Shanklin's old village and yet it is only a minute away from the village's long sandy beach. With plenty of character and warmth, it combines historic charm with modern facilities and a friendly, attentive service tailored to meet individual requirements.

Its 17 twin/double bedrooms, decorated in natural tones and adorned with bold and colourful art have been refurbished to high standards of comfort. The lounge, with its high ceiling, retains an original carved fireplace. The elegant dining room leads into a rustic cosy bar ideal for get-togethers. Facing acres of parkland, two garden chalets provide meeting areas, a sauna and a treatment room. Treatments are available on request - massage, reflexology, shiatsu or reiki as well as early morning yoga, T'ai Chi and guided coastline walks.

Workshop Venue

The Grange in its peaceful and inspirational location is the perfect venue for workshops, seminars, training events and team building activities. In such an environment you can develop and train your staff, help your team to work more effectively together or empower individuals to work out their future.

What we can offer you

Garden PartyExclusive use of our Facilities
If you would like exclusive use of all the facilities that The Grange has to offer for your event we would require a minimum booking of 18 delegates for a minimum of two nights. A non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.

Social Venue
The Grange is a perfect venue for weddings, parties, get-togethers and fun activities. The setting is tranquil, with comfortable accommodation in a very pleasant space.

Banquets
Whatever the occasion, we can cater for it - parties, banquets, birthdays, in fact whatever you want to celebrate. We can arrange catering from buffet to formal meals and cater according to your taste, budget and dietary requirements. Wedding Parties
