COURSE INFORMATION

All our courses are run by facilitators at the very forefront of their professions. Included among them are novelists Sam North and Alice Jolly, established psychotherapists Kate Daniels and Malcolm Stern, fabulous bodyworker Silke Ziehl, yoga legend Ken Eyerman, and the much acclaimed singers, songwriters and performers Sarah Warwick and Susie Self. There's simply not enough space to include all the other outstanding writers, artists and life coaches who also grace our programme.

WEEKEND BREAKS

Weekends at The Grange begin on Friday evening with guests arriving from 4pm. Following dinner at 7.30pm, facilitators have the opportunity to introduce their courses which begin the following day. There are two sessions of courses on Saturday and they both run for a two hour period, one mid-morning and the other in the late afternoon. Courses run again mid-morning for two hours on Sunday. TREATMENTS & ONE-TO-ONE TUITION

We can arrange a variety of health and beauty treatments including Swedish massage, aromatherapy, Reiki, reflexology, shiatsu, Indian head massage, manicures, pedicures and facials using organic products. Please contact us for further information and pricing. We can also book one-to-one tuition for you in yoga, T'ai Chi, Qi Gong, Alexander Technique and personal fitness training. If you would like to accelerate your learning and make rapid progress, then individual intuition and guidance can help make all the difference.

One-to-one tuition in creative writing, painting, life coaching, songwriting, music and singing, hypnotherapy and even conversational French are also available. Each of these appointments must be arranged in advance either by email or by telephone and payment is made directly to the tutor or practitioner on-site.

FEES & BOOKING

The fees stated next to each course date apply to course fees only and include VAT. If you would like to book, then simply click book beside the course date and follow the online booking process. You will be asked if you would like to book accommodation. If you would like to stay with us, book bed & breakfast accommodation and on receipt of your booking we will be in touch to discuss your dinner requirements. If you have enjoyed courses at The Grange or with Skyros before, you will qualify for 20% discount off the course prices and the online booking process will take this into account.

Do you want to tell us about the dream you had last night? Or an interesting story from your own life, of from the lives of people you know or perhaps about that incredible event you've just witnessed? Say it in writing. Experienced and published authors will help you to structure, set the scene and develop your story. You may or may not become the next Jane Austen, but you'll enjoy the satisfaction of creating something out of nothing.
