The Grange: Booking Conditions

Please note that prices are per person per night based on two sharing a double or twin room. All prices include VAT. Bookings are accepted for a minimum of two nights over a weekend. There is a supplement of £25 per night for single occupancy of a twin or double bedroom. Subject to availability, children sharing the same room as two adults qualify for a 50% discount whilst babies under one are free of charge. Children sharing a room with one adult are charged at the adult rate. No allowance can be made for rooms not occupied for the period booked.

You can choose to secure your booking with either a deposit of £50.00 per room or payment in full. Any balance outstanding is payable two weeks before arrival.

In the event of cancellation, the following scale of charges will apply. If you cancel more than two weeks before your date of arrival, you will lose your deposit per person. However, depending on availability there may be the opportunity to transfer your booking to another date. If you cancel less than two weeks before arrival, then you will lose 50% of the total cost. Cancellation on or after the day of arrival will mean you lose 100% of the total cost.
